The Swabian plant has been part of Gruenewald International since 1985. Apple, pear and blackcurrant form the core of the production at Ernteband Fruchtsaft, but also many types of vegetable products are produced here for use in the food industry as a natural colorant in their products.

During harvesting season, Ernteband daily processes large quantities of domestically grown fruits and vegetables into juice concentrates and purees - these products are the basis for the manufacture of first-class products for the national and international food industry.
